Fishing Report 05/16/2013

It looks like we're finally going to get a break this up coming weekend with some nice weather. Light winds is in the forecast for the Inshore waters along with a good forecast so far for Offshore on Saturday.

Inshore:

Reporting this week the first Cobia's of the year have hit the scales. We've weighed in 4 so far in the last week with more reports of fish being caught. One fish we weighed this week the anglers told us they had 5 more large fish come up in the chum slick but just wouldn't take a bait. We weighed one in last Sunday that was caught sight fishing along Shackleford Banks with an Eel. The best action of what we've seen has been at Barden’s Inlet with soaking bait on the bottom.
 
We do have plenty of “LOCAL FRESH CAUGHT SHAD” in big and small bags. Also
