Fishing Report 05/24/2012

Inshore:

We've seen a decent Cobia bite this past week. Most of the fish have been caught at the Beaufort Inlet and at Bardens Inlet. Reports I've heard and the Cobia I've weighed in this week have been caught on “Dead Fresh Menhaden” fished on the bottom with a Cobia Rig. Most anglers are also putting out a chum block just to help out their chances of hooking up. We've been putting up big bags of “FRESH DEAD MENHADEN” all week so we should be good through the weekend. Definately keep a Bucktail or Artifical Eel tied up ready to go because you never know when a Cobia will be spotted on top to catch sight fishing.

The Flounder bite has been getting real good over the last week with seeing good numbers of keeper fish coming in. The reefs AR315
