Fishing Report 06/29/2012

Inshore:

Sheepshead fishing has been good this week with some great catches around the bridges and the port wall. We weighed the biggest we've seen so far this year at over 9lbs. They are being caught on Live Fiddler Crabs and Live Sea Urchins. We have both in stock.

The Flounder bite still remains good with numbers of fish being caught around the Coast Guard Station. There has been a few caught around the Artificial Reefs 315 and 320 this week on White Spro 2oz Bucktails with Berkley Gulp 4” Shrimp. The new 4” Fire Tail Shrimp is working well too. As for the inshore waters I've heard of a few nice ones coming from the port wall along with the bridges. Live Mud Minnows fished on a Carolina Rig is working the best.

There are good numbers of Speckled Trout being caught in Core Creek
